What the extension reads
Art Vision Connect reads the text of the one conversation you choose, only when you click Prepare Request. It does not scan your inbox or read other conversations.
How your request is prepared
To draft a painting request, the text of that conversation is sent to Art Vision’s server and processed with Anthropic’s Claude AI model under Anthropic’s API terms. The conversation text is used only to draft your request.
This processing happens when you click Prepare Request. It is separate from delivering an approved request to Art Vision’s team.
What is kept during preparation
Email bodies are not stored on Art Vision’s server after the request is prepared. Only basic technical logs are kept, such as the time and whether preparation succeeded or failed. These logs contain no message content.
What you choose to send
No request is delivered to Art Vision’s team until you click Approve & Send. The team receives the request you reviewed — its subject and message — plus your reply-to email so they can respond to you directly.
The original email thread is not forwarded. You can review the drafted request and fill in missing information before deciding to send it.
No selling or advertising trackers
We do not sell your data. There are no advertising trackers in the extension. This website has no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
The website loads Inter and Bricolage Grotesque through Google Fonts. Loading these fonts makes a request from your browser to Google’s font servers.
The pilot interest form
When you join the pilot, your name, company, work email, number of buildings, optional message and consent are emailed to Art Vision’s team at info@artvisionpainting.ca, so they can contact you about the pilot. The Art Vision Connect server passes the details on and does not keep them. While this website is in preview and sign-ups aren’t switched on, the form sends nothing and says so.

The privacy framework
British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) is the applicable privacy framework for Art Vision’s handling of personal information. This policy is a draft pending review before launch.
